Recipient-Side Instructions (With Sender Search)

English

Gmail (Web & Mobile App)

  1. Search for a Specific Sender
    • In the search bar at the top, type: from:[email protected]
    • Press Enter to list all messages from that address.
    • (Mobile) Tap the search icon, enter the same query, then tap Search.
  2. Check the Spam folder
    • Web: Click Spam in the left sidebar.
    • Mobile: Tap ☰ → Spam.
  3. Mark as “Not spam”
    • Select the message → click/tap Not spam on the toolbar.
  4. Add to Contacts / Safe Senders
    • Open the message → hover (web) or tap (mobile) the sender’s name → click Add to Contacts.
  5. Create a Filter (Web Only)
    • Click the three-dot menu on the message → Filter messages like this.
    • Click Create filter → check Never send it to SpamCreate filter.

Yahoo Mail (Web & Mobile App)

  1. Search for a Specific Sender
    • In the search field at top, click the dropdown arrow → choose From → enter the address [email protected] → press Enter.
  2. Open the Spam folder
    • Web: Click Spam in the left pane.
    • Mobile: Tap ☰ → Spam.
  3. Mark as “Not Spam”
    • Select the email → click/tap Not Spam above the message.
  4. Add to Contacts
    • Open the email → click the sender’s name → Add to contacts.
  5. Create a Filter (Web Only)
    • Click More (⋯) → Filter emails like this → set Then move the message to InboxSave.

Outlook (Web, Desktop & Mobile)

  1. Search for a Specific Sender
    • In the search box, type: [email protected]
    • Press Enter (web/desktop) or tap Search (mobile) to filter messages.
  2. Locate the Junk Email folder
    • Web/Desktop: Select Junk Email in the folder list.
    • Mobile: Tap ☰ → Junk Email.
  3. Mark as “Not Junk”
    • Right-click (web/desktop) or tap-and-hold (mobile) the message → Mark as not junk.
  4. Add to Safe Senders
    • Web/Desktop: Click the three-dot menu → Security optionsAdd sender to Safe senders.
    • Mobile: After marking not junk, open the message → tap sender’s name → Add to contacts.
  5. Create a Rule (Web Only)
    • Gear icon → View all Outlook settingsMail > RulesAdd new rule:

Arahan Penerima (Terapkan Carian Penghantar)

Bahasa Malaysia

Gmail (Web & Aplikasi Mudah Alih)

  1. Cari Penghantar Tertentu
    • Di bar carian atas, taip: from:[email protected]
    • Tekan Enter untuk senaraikan semua mesej dari alamat itu.
    • (Mudah Alih) Ketik ikon carian → masukkan soal “from:…” → ketik Search.
  2. Semak folder Spam
    • Web: Klik Spam di bar sisi kiri.
    • Aplikasi: Ketik ☰ → Spam.
  3. Tandakan sebagai “Bukan spam”
    • Pilih emel → klik/ketik Not spam pada toolbar.
  4. Tambah ke Kenalan / Senarai Selamat
    • Buka emel → arahkan kursor (web) atau ketik nama penghantar (aplikasi) → klik Tambah ke Kenalan.
  5. Buat Penapis (Web Sahaja)
    • Klik ikon tiga titik → Filter messages like thisCreate filter → tandakan Never send it to SpamCreate filter.

Yahoo Mail (Web & Aplikasi Mudah Alih)

  1. Cari Penghantar Tertentu
    • Di medan carian atas, klik anak panah dropdown → pilih From → masukkan [email protected] → tekan Enter.
  2. Buka folder Spam
    • Web: Klik Spam di panel kiri.
    • Aplikasi: Ketik ☰ → Spam.
  3. Tandakan sebagai “Bukan Spam”
    • Pilih emel → klik/ketik Not Spam di atas mesej.
  4. Tambah ke Kenalan
    • Buka emel → klik nama penghantar → Add to contacts.
  5. Buat Penapis (Web Sahaja)
    • Klik More (⋯) → Filter emails like this → tetapkan Then move the message to InboxSave.

Outlook (Web, Desktop & Mudah Alih)

  1. Cari Penghantar Tertentu
    • Di kotak carian, taip: from:[email protected]
    • Tekan Enter (web/desktop) atau ketik Search (mudah alih).
  2. Cari folder Junk Email
    • Web/Desktop: Pilih Junk Email dalam senarai folder.
    • Mudah Alih: Ketik ☰ → Junk Email.
  3. Tandakan sebagai “Bukan Junk”
    • Klik kanan (web/desktop) atau tekan & tahan (mudah alih) mesej → Mark as not junk.
  4. Tambah ke Senarai Selamat
    • Web/Desktop: Klik ikon tiga titik → Security optionsAdd sender to Safe senders.
    • Mudah Alih: Selepas tandakan bukan junk, buka mesej → ketik nama penghantar → Add to contacts.
  5. Buat Peraturan (Web Sahaja)
    • Ikon gear → View all Outlook settingsMail > RulesAdd new rule:
